The rules that apply when you browse pablosnus.eu and place an order with us. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website pablosnus.eu (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
2. Age restriction
Products sold on this Website contain nicotine and are strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum legal age applicable in your country of residence. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We operate an age gate on entry and may carry out additional verification before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the buyer is underage, and to refuse delivery where age cannot be confirmed.
3. Products
All products sold are tobacco-free nicotine pouches. Product images are for illustration; packaging, design and flavour descriptions may change without notice as the manufacturer updates its range.
Each can contains 20 pouches unless stated otherwise. Nicotine content per pouch is stated on each product page and on the can.
4. Orders and contract formation
An order placed through the Website is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until that point we may decline or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where delivery to your address is legally restricted.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors even after an order has been submitted; where a correction is material, you will be offered the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to destinations within the European Union where the sale and import of nicotine pouches is permitted. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order may lawfully be imported and possessed in your country. We are not liable for goods seized or destroyed by customs or other authorities.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For hygiene and safety reasons this right does not apply to cans whose seal has been broken. Full details of how to exercise this right are set out on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Warranty and defects
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Where a defect is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Health warning and acceptable use
Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. These products are not intended for non-smokers, non-nicotine users, minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons with heart conditions or high blood pressure. They are not marketed or sold as smoking-cessation medicines. Consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether these products are suitable for you.
You may not resell products purchased on this Website to persons under the legal age, nor supply them in any market where their sale is prohibited. Commercial resale requires a wholesale account — see our Wholesale page.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Website, including text, layout, graphics, logos and product imagery, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission. “Pablo” and related marks belong to their respective owner, N.G.P Tobacco ApS.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Website availability
We aim to keep the Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Website for business or operational reasons without notice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Website at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of pablosnus.eu is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
